We are the organisation that decides how and why your personal data is used on this website and in our waitlist emails.

-The email updates we send to waitlist subscribers
-This policy does not cover any future Sparkkith app or web app. Those services will have their own privacy notice at launch.

v) Messages and enquiries if you contact us
-We do not ask you for health information, payment details, home address, or date of birth on this site.
B) Information we collect automatically
-When you visit the site we may use cookies and similar technologies to collect:

Sparkkith’s website and waitlist are not intended for children aged 13 and below. We do not knowingly collect information from children in that age group.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this notice, then we securely delete or anonymise it.
Waitlist information is kept while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after launch to complete communications. If you unsubscribe we remove your details sooner.
Unsubscribed contacts are kept on a minimal suppression list so we do not email you again.
Enquiries are kept until the conversation is resolved and for a short time afterwards.
Analytics information is kept according to the settings of our analytics service and only while helpful for performance, improvement, or security.
We review our retention periods regularly.
11) Your choices and your rights You can:

We will email you only if you have asked us to or if you are on the waitlist and have consented to receive updates.
Every message includes a clear unsubscribe link.
If you unsubscribe we add your email address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again by mistake.

We may share anonymous high level statistics about website use and waitlist interest. Examples include total visitors in a month, most visited pages, or the number of people who joined the waitlist. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is important we will make this clear on the site or by email.
